The apartment is located in the ancient heart of Ferrara, the Castrum, also known as Castello dei Curtensi. Inside the ZTL.
A 5 minute walk from the oldest part of the Walls (Via del Baluardi) and 10 minutes from the Estense Castle, it is the ideal base for experiencing the city.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Relaxation area with double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, moka, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, wine glasses and various utensils. AC split.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, TV and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2. A bunk bed with two single beds and sofa.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer, washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

External covered balcony with two chairs and a table.

Autonomous heating.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.
Other things to note
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at 52 Frescobaldi Street from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.

- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9 to "Giovecca Montebello" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- The property is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in viale Baluardi and via XX Settembre, just a few minutes on foot from the property.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.
