Functional studio apartment that can accommodate up to 3 guests is located in the heart of Cit Turin, an elegant residential district, full of restaurantss and artisan shops. We are a stone's throw from the train station, the metro and the city center. Near the Palace of Justice, the IBSP, the RAI and Piazza Benefica where the most prestigious market in Turin takes place every morning. An opportunity not to be missed!
The space
Comfortable studio apartment of approximately 32 m2 is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant historic building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). We would like mention that there are some stairs at the entrance.

The accommodation is organized as follows:

SLEEPING AREA: equipped with a double bed and a single armchair bed
KITCHENETTE: has a dining area, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
BALCONY

OTHER SERVICES: limited pocket WiFi (300 GB monthly), air conditioning, TV, central heating with thermovalves, washing machine, vertical iron, hairdryer.

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
