Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Villasimius is a coastal town renowned for its breathtaking beaches, among the most beautiful in Italy, characterized by crystal clear waters and white sand that extends to infinity. In addition to its magnificent beaches, such as Porto Sa Ruxi, Villasimius also offers many opportunities to explore the local culture with a historic center.
Not to be missed are the beaches of Porto Giunco, Simius and Punta Molentis.
It is also possible to visit the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara, a paradise for snorkelers and divers, with a rich marine biodiversity.

- From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by train from Elmas Airport terminal to "Cagliari" stop, continue by bus n. 101 to the stop "Villasimius Via Roma 148"only 2 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Alternatively you can take a taxi (time 1 hour and 18 minutes).

- From Cagliari Centrale station you can continue by bus n. 101 to the stop "Villasimius Via Roma 148", just 2 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- For those travelling by car: you can park free of charge (NOT GUARANTEED) near the property or for a fee, blue stripes.
