The apartment is located 1 minute walk from the supermarket and has a private parking space, also suitable for SUVs, located 100 meters from the property!

The internal space
The 102 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).

- LIVING ROOM with single queen size sofa bed, armchair, dining table/desk, 65" TV and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY with table and chairs;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, 32" TV and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY equipped with chairs, sofa and table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, clothes rack, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM I with tub, shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with sink and toilet;
- FOUR BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with radiators, split air conditioning (ONLY in the two bedrooms), hairdryer, mosquito nets, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Description of the area
The apartment is located in Palese, a neighborhood of Bari known for being one of the least chaotic and safest suburbs of the city, and which has seen a growing demographic increase, becoming a predominantly residential area. The apartment is located a 25-minute walk from the Palese seafront, full of fish restaurants and evening clubs, but also a short distance from shops where you can go shopping in the center of Palese. The seaside area is also a 17-minute walk away: among the establishments present we highlight the Lido Title and the Lido Moretti, perfect for both adults and children, whose pebble beaches make the water cleaner and crystal clear. The airport is just 3.7 km away, while the center of Bari and all points of interest can be easily reached by public transport in about 20 minutes.

- Il Buongustaio (pizzeria): 3 minutes on foot - 250 meters;
- Bar Gemma: 6 minutes on foot - 450 meters;

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taxi or rental car in less than 10 minutes (3.7 km) or by taking bus no. 33 with final stop "National (bridge) I", just 7 minutes walk from the apartment.

- FROM BARI PALESE STATION:
you can reach the apartment comfortably on foot in just 5 minutes (350 meters).

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. The apartment has an uncovered parking space, also suitable for SUVs, located just 100 meters from the property. To access it you need to go through a gate. Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Coop (supermarket) in via Girolamo Nisio, just a 1-minute walk from the property (parking also open during the night).
