Splendid apartment that accommodates 4 people, located in a semi-central neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the heart of the city. Completely renovated, it offers a modern and welcoming environment, ideal for those seeking comfort and style. It is located in a well-served area, a stone's throw from the Teatro Delle Arti and a few minutes' drive from the motorway and ring road exit. Perfect for those who want to stay close to the center while maintaining tranquility and comfort.

The 66m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a condominium building and is made up as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with snack/lunch top and stools, two induction burners, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave
- Living area with sofa, split A/C and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C
- Bedroom II with double bed, chest of drawers, wall-mounted clothes hanger and split A/C
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Salerno Climatica C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 8pm to 9pm
EUR 25 from 9.00pm to 10.00pm,
EUR 30 from 10pm to 12am.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just a 10-minute walk from the center, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.
Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Naples airport: you can reach the apartment in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes via bus line 119 with the final stop "Pio XI" a few minutes walk from the accommodation (200 m).

- From Salerno Centrale station: on foot in 20 minutes (1.5 km) or by bus line 018 with the final stop "Piazza Casalbore" 600 meters from the accommodation.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the "Stella Polare" garage, in Via Giuseppe Avallone 33, a 5-minute walk away.
