35 sqm apartment located on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT lift a few steps from the suggestive area of Isola, where tradition meets innovation, but also from the picturesque China Town of via Paolo Sarpi, from the Monumental Cemetery and from Garibaldi's nightlife, Moscova and Corso Como! Tram line 4 stop just below the house (for the city centre/ Piazza Castello from one direction and Niguarda from the other) and the M3 "Maciachini" stop just 500m towards Piazza Duomo!
The apartment is internally organized as follows:

-LIVING AREA with single sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, split AC. Access to the small balcony.
-BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV. There is no A/C in the room
-BATHROOM with bathtub, toilet and sink. NO BIDET

- From Milan's Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 73 to the "Corso 22 Marzo 37" stop. From there, it is necessary to move to the "Viale Umbria" stop (1 minute on foot), from which it is possible to take bus n. 92 to the "Viale Stelvio 52" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Bovisa station. From there, it is necessary to move to the "Via Varè" stop (3 minutes on foot from the station) from which it is possible to take bus n. 92 to the "Viale Stelvio 52" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.

- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 91 or 92 from the "Piazza L. di Savoia" stop (3 minutes on foot from the station) to the "Viale Stelvio 52" stop, 1 minute on foot from the structure.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park for a fee at the parking lot in Piazzale Maciachini 600m from the house (about 4 EUR per day).
