The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three small balconies.

The internal space
The 83 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building (NO lift and two steps to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for a guest only), dining table, coffee table with chairs, TV, split A/C and access to the small balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, split A/C and access to the small balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, TV, split A/C and access to the small balcony;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- THREE BALCONIES, two of which are accessible from the bedrooms and one from the living room.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE. The elevator is currently being repaired and, as a result, the elevator is NOT usable.

Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Other details to be noted
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax per person per night equal to 2 Euros.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm
- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00
- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.

The apartment is located in La Cala, a port located in the heart of Palermo, located in the ancient area of the city, 12 minutes walk from the historic center. This port has a long history, dating back to the Phoenician era and subsequently developed by the Romans, Arabs and Normans.
From the apartment it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in Palermo, admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city. On foot it is possible to reach Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Church of Martorana and San Cataldo, as well as the historic palaces of the Palermo nobility, known throughout the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous palace of the Leopard), Palazzo Praetorium, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

Getting around
- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 19 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus no. 101, 102 or 124 to the “Roma - S. Domenico” stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the Venezia Parking, in Via Venezia 22/24, an 8-minute walk from the property.
