Spacious and bright house that accommodates up to 5 people and is equipped with all types of comfort, with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The accommodation is located in Pozzo Faceto di Fasano, a quiet and green hamlet of the municipality of the same name, 10 minutes by car from the center of Fasano and the renowned Zoosafari, and 20 from Ostuni.

The 150 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: you need to climb a flight of 15 steps to access it.

The internal space is divided into two levels: note the presence of an internal staircase that separates them.

Other things to know:
- NO AIR CONDITIONING
- Uncovered parking available in the small square in front of the accommodation
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided at check-in
- The fireplaces are NOT working.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Fasano Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

After 9pm check-in directly at the villa is available with the following supplements:
- 9.00pm - 11.00pm: €25.00;
- 11.00pm - 12.00am: €30.00;
- 12.00am - 01.30am: €40.00.

As requested by the Municipality of Fasano, upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash, for the first 7 nights, the tourist tax equal to:
- €2.00 per person per night, in the period from 15/06 to 15/10
- €1.50 per person per night, in the period from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/10 to 31/12

Check-in will be carried out in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions closer to arrival.

Pozzo Faceto is a charming hamlet of Fasano, located 9 km from the main municipality. Known for its homonymous sanctuary dedicated to the Blessed Virgin of the well, the town takes its name from an ancient legend: it is said that the sacred icon of the Madonna was discovered during work in a well, giving rise to the cult and the name of the fraction. Today, Pozzo Faceto is home to luxury farms and a point of reference for the nearby Pezze di Greco, maintaining a close link with its history and spirituality. The sea is only 7 minutes away by car, while in a short time you can reach all the unmissable places in the area such as Ostuni, Locorotondo and Alberobello. Essential services such as bars and groceries are located within 300 meters, while the first pharmacy is a 5-minute drive away.

The apartment can be reached by car and has a private outdoor car park with various parking spaces.
