Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but at the same time equipped with all the main services. Piazza della Libertà is just a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The center is easily reachable by public transport (15/20 minutes) and, once reached, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot.

- From Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to take several buses that stop at "Lorenzo Il Magnifico Libertà", a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) near the apartment (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
