The inside is organized as follows:

- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet with with hydrobrush .

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning/heat pumps (split in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there are three steps after the building's entrance door and one step inside the apartment (at the entrance).

The city tax must be paid upon arrival.
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, equipped with all the main services. The center is easily reachable by public transport (15/20 minutes) and, once reached, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city comfortably on foot.

- From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by taxi, or by reaching Santa Maria Novella station (tram or shuttle service) and from there by proceeding towards the property (see below).

- From Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to take the T1.3 tram to Poggeto stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) near the apartment.
