Comfortable apartment located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift.
In 63 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people with a double sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed.

Located in the heart of Comacchio, outside the ZTL area.
The perfect solution for visiting the heart of the city on foot in a few minutes, without the need for public transport or taxis.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette complete with four gas burners, moka, refrigerator, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, two bedside tables and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2. Single bed, two bedside tables and wardrobe.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board.
Autonomous heating.

NB: in the apartment there is NO AC in any room.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

FROM BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale station. Continue by train from Bologna Centrale and Ferrara Centrale and take a second Ferrara train to Ostellato Stazione.
From the Ostellato Stazione stop, continue by bus no. 331 to the Comacchio Trepponti stop about 5 minutes walk from the property.
Travel time: 2 hours and 50 minutes.

FROM COMACCHIO OSTELLATO STATION: take bus no. 331 to the Comacchio Trepponti stop about 5 minutes walk from the property.
Travel time: 30 minutes.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: A13 exit Ferrara Sud; Ferrara-Porto Garibaldi motorway connection; at the 47th km take the Comacchio exit.
Possibility to park for free on the street along the street of the apartment and in the surrounding streets.
