SWIMMING POOL TIME:
Open from June 1 to September 30, from 10:00 am to 13:30 pm and from 15:00 pm to 19:00 pm.
ATTENTION the pool is shared with the main villa. To access the pool you need to go through a garden shared with other properties, so it is forbidden to stop there.

PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is NOT present in the accommodation.
The two fireplaces are NOT usable.

There are 4 open-air parking spaces, also suitable for SUVs.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the city tax equal to 4 Euro (daily rate per person equal to or greater than 150 Euro) or 2 Euro (daily rate per person less than 150 Euro) to the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge of EUR 20.00 will be applied for check-ins between 20:00 and 21:00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
After 21:00, self check-in will be carried out ONLY. Further information will be provided after booking.
