The property is located in Migliarina district, in a quiet residential area, full of services and well served by public transport (Migliarina railway station 800 meters away; bus stop a few steps away).
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, desk and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchenware, TV and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II (entrance from the living room) with a single bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: fan, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, insect screens (in the kitchen) and hairdryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Upon check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

La Spezia is also the access point to some of Italy's main wonders, such as Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but it also features noteworthy attractions in the center.
The apartment is located in Migliarina district, full of services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post offices), parks and well served by public transport.

- Public Gardens: 10 minutes by bus;
- Corso Cavour and Via del Prione (central and shopping streets): 15 minutes by bus;
- San Giorgio Castle: 15 minutes by bus;
- Palazzina delle Arti and Lia Museum: 15 minutes by bus.

- Cinque Terre (in order of decreasing distance from La Spezia: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Rio Maggiore): 25 minutes by train to Riomaggiore;
- Porto Venere: 30 minutes by car.

- From Pisa-San Giusto airport, it is possible to reach the property in 1 hour by car (82 km). Alternatively, it is possible to take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, where it is possible to take the regional train to La Spezia Migliarina Station, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From La Spezia Centrale station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Migliarina station, a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to take bus n. 5 from the Central Station to “Migliarina Marcantone” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
