La Torretta - Nardò Charming Apartment

Charming open space apartment for 2 people, located in a characteristic, recently renovated period building. The accommodation is well located on the edge of the historic center, a few steps from all points of interest and in an area equipped with all services. Lecce is only 30 minutes away by car, while in 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina. Possibility to book the apartment next door "La Torretta Home" for a total of 4 beds.

The 40m2 accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a period building with an independent entrance from the street: there is a small flight of 7 steps to access it.

The internal space is divided as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and electric oven
- LIVING AREA with dining table, split A/C, sofas and TV
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, split A/C, small built-in wardrobe and clothes hanger
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box
- BALCONY equipped with table and two chairs.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: the external area is under video surveillance for security reasons.

All identity documents of residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows:
- From 9.00pm to 11.00pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11.00pm to 12.00am - Euro 30.00
- From midnight to 01.30 - Euro 40.00.

The tourist tax of 1.00 euros per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 8 nights, as required by the municipality of Nardò.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Nardò Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

- From Salento Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or rented car (approximately 1 hour, 75 km).

- From Nardò Station, the accommodation can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

- If you travel by car, street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
