Large villa able to accommodate up to 8 people, located in Limonta, a village on the shores of the Lecco branch of Lake Como. The property is equipped with every comfort, including a terrace on several levels and a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
Bellagio is just over 3 km away and the beaches of Oliveto Lario and Onno can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The property is on 3 levels connected by flights of stairs quite steep. Please note smoking inside is NOT allowed
The interior space is organized as follows:

- DINING ROOM with dining table and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with washbasin, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE on several levels with dining table, outdoor sofas and coffee table, barbecue and umbrella.

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and access to balcony;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds and wardrobe;

PLEASE NOTE:
The house can accommodate children; however, please pay attention to the interior stairs.
Note the presence of a step in correspondence: the entrance of the villa; the two entrances to the terrace in the living room; the two balconies in the bedrooms II and IV.
There are steps between the dining room and the living room.
The terrace is spread over several levels connected by stairs.
Please note that the fireplaces in the kitchen and living room are NOT usable, they are furniture.
The washing machine and dryer are located in an outdoor room, which can be accessed from the garden.

The villa is located in Limonta, the first village on the road from Bellagio to Lecco, in a quiet and panoramic area. The center is in Limonta Alta, where the medieval church of Saints Ambrogio and Bernardo and the Romanesque church dedicated to San Dionigi stand. Following a rather simple path, from the house it is possible reach a public beach in a quiet bay in about 10 minutes on foot (the return is uphill).
Bellagio, also known as the "Pearl of the Lario" is just over 3 km away, and there it is possible to find all the main services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy; another pharmacy is located in Vassena, about 15 minutes by car). The town is known for its cobbled streets, elegant buildings, the Park of Villa Serbelloni, an 18th century terraced garden overlooking the lake, and Villa Melzi, a historic residence.

- Lecco: 19 km;
- Varenna: 15 minutes by ferry from Bellagio.
- Como: 35 km.
Please note that it is NOT possible to reach the villa by car.
Parking is not included, however you can park in Piazza Ferretti (free - NOT guaranteed), 2 minutes from the property.
During the high season, it can be difficult to find parking in areas close to the main attractions.
