The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.

- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, walk-in closet, chest of drawers and access to the bathroom;
- BATHROOM I (inside the bedroom) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- LAUNDRY ROOM with washer/dryer;
- BALCONY (accessible only from the kitchen).

The apartment is located in the heart of Città Studi, the largest university district in Milan. In fact, it is home to some of the main universities in Milan, including the Polytechnic, with its Engineering and Architecture faculties, and the State University with its scientific faculties. The neighborhood is full of services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) and is well connected to the center and other areas of the city, thanks to the green metro line (stop “Lambrate” – M2) and the Lambrate train station, with metropolitan, suburban and regional trains.
