Cozy apartment of about 40 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor without lift. Our accommodation is located in the wonderful Borgo Rio Favara village, an enchanting oasis of relaxation and fun, equipped with a swimming pool, football and tennis pitch, supermarket and pharmacy, all just 250 meters from the beaches.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob with two burners, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, microwave oven and kitchenware), dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to BALCONY I (with deckchairs);
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and access to BALCONY II;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clothesline.
Assigned parking space inside the village, partially covered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The village SWIMMING POOL is open from May to September, from 10:00 to 19:00; compliance with the regulations on site is mandatory. Furthermore, in the village, in the summer season, it is possible to take advantage of services such as entertainment, football pitch, tennis court.
PLEASE NOTE: All services and the swimming pool are subject to charges: it is possible to pay for these services at the on-site reception (for a week or for a single day). Further information will be provided at check-in.

ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL UPON PAYMENT.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Santa Croce Camerina Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method 2 days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.

- SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

- IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in in person is free between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins after 9.00 pm must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows:

EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Our accommodation is located in the enchanting Borgo Rio Favara village, where you can find all the main services, including a bar, supermarket and pharmacy. Located in the heart of the Val di Noto, a stone's throw from the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla (awarded the Unesco plaque as a world heritage site), Borgo Rio Favara is ideal for enjoying the beautiful beaches (just 250 meters from the apartments) with fine golden sand with a gently sloping seabed and crystal clear waters.

Comiso Airport is 67 km away (about 1 hour by car), while Catania Airport is 113 km away (about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car).

The Port of Pozzallo, which is about 10 km away, offers direct catamaran connections to the island of Malta on a daily basis.

In order to reach the property and best visit the beauties of the area and the entire region, we recommend traveling by car. You can rent one at the airport.
