Functional and comfortable apartment with kitchen, bedroom and balcony, located inside the Hotel Le Marine and which can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, in an enviable position: close to the seafront and the cycle path, and a short walk from the historic center and the port. La Torretta beach, characterized by white pebbles, and the Divine Follie disco are just a 10-minute drive away. Garage or parking space available upon request and for a fee.

The 45 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with two electric hobs, fridge with freezer, moka and kitchen utensils
- LIVING AREA with French sofa bed, wardrobe, 42" smart TV and split A/C
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and split A/C
- TOILET equipped with wc, bidet and floor shower
- 10mq balcony with access from the bedroom, equipped with table and chairs x2.

Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes). Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bisceglie is a town rich in artistic and natural treasures, connected to Trani by a long stretch of beach. The history of Bisceglie dates back to the Paleolithic, and evidence of the Bronze Age are the famous dolmens, which were used as places of worship and burial: the best preserved ones are the dolmen of Chianca and the dolmen of Albarosa, considered among the most beautiful of Europe. There are countless monuments, such as Frederick's Castle with the main tower and the Basilica Concattedrale S. Pietro Apostolo. Among the beaches of Bisceglie, the largest is the Lungomare di Ponente, made up of small pebbles and very popular also due to the easy access from the city. The small coves of Scalette and Scalsello have instead been awarded the title of Blue Flag for several years.
The accommodation is conveniently located for walking to both the center and the port, as well as the seafront and the cycle path. In the area there are all the essential services: bars, pharmacies and groceries are within 400 meters.
