Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 16 to the "Macchie (Vigna Re)" stop. From there, you can walk to Bari Palese Station (8 minutes on foot) and take a train to Barletta Station, about a 12-minute walk from the property.

- FROM BARLETTA STATION, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes.

- IF TRAVELING BY CAR, a parking space is not included. However, free street parking (white lines) or paid parking (blue lines - NOT guaranteed) is available.
