The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with elevator, which reaches only the sixth floor: you must climb a flight of stairs to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room equipped with sofa, split AC and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- 4 sqm balcony
- 14 sqm terrace equipped with table and two sofas.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- From 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00
- From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00
