Bright apartment in villa with equipped terrace, located in the Lendinuso hamlet of Torchiarolo. The 120 sqm accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as all kinds of comforts such as wifi and /C in every room. A few steps from the sea and less than 10 min by car from the center of Torchiarolo, 20 min from Brindisi airport and 15 min from Lecce. It is in an absolutely privileged position for visiting the beauties of the Salento.

ATTENTION: Please note the presence of cameras outside the accommodation for security reasons.

The 120 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven;
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, split A / C and Smart TV
- Bedroom II with two single beds, wardrobe, split A / C and Smart TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Small service bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine.

ATTENTION: the kitchen and the room containing the refrigerator are NOT accessible from the rooms but only from the courtyard. The only table for eating is located OUTSIDE, under a cover.

The exterior has a space equipped with tables, chairs and a circular sofa with umbrella and complete privacy is guaranteed.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning vents throughout the house, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board, possibility to park inside the villa or in the space outside.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

Torchiarolo is a charming village in the province of Brindisi, from which it is about 20 km away, which boasts important monuments such as the Baronial Palace, the Mother Church of Maria SS. Assunta and the famous two towers, Torre Lo Muccio and Torre Bartoli, whose construction dates back to the 15th century. The apartment is located in the hamlet of Lendinuso, overlooking the sea, and is just a few minutes walk from the beach. It is in an ideal position to explore the Salento peninsula and its countless natural and historical beauties by car.
Near the apartment there are some restaurants and bars, while about 10 minutes on foot there is a bakery/butcher. The first supermarket and the first pharmacy are in Torchiarolo, about 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is accessible by car. Street parking is free on white lines in the surrounding streets (NOT guaranteed).
