Spacious apartment equipped with all the comforts to accommodate 4 people, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apt is located in a very central position: 5 minutes walk from Piazza Maria Immacolata, 15 minutes from the Archaeological Museum and 20 from the Aragonese Castle, the starting point for visiting the historic centre. The Maritime Military Arsenal and the SS Annunziata Hospital can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The seafront and its gardens are just 700 meters away.

The 120 m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: please note that you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C, TV and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, split A/C and internal bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
- Living room/Bedroom II with double sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split A/C
- Bathroom II with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- Two balconies, respectively in the bedrooms
- Gym area, with access from bedroom II, equipped with multi-tool bench, step and mat.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washer dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Taranto, equal to EUR 0.50 per night per person for the first 4 nights. Children under 16 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;

The accommodation is located in the Borgo district of Taranto, a very central area and ideal for any type of stay. We are 15 minutes walk from the renowned National Archaeological Museum, containing one of the largest collections of artifacts of Magna Graecia, and 20 minutes from the Aragonese Castle, symbol of the city, dating back to the Byzantine era and access point to the historic center with its unmissable monuments: the marvelous Basilica Cathedral of San Cataldo and the suggestive Spartan Hypogeum Museum, to name just a few.
The apartment is also an 8-minute walk from the Lungomare and its beautiful gardens, and just 5 minutes from the Military Maritime Arsenal and the Santissima Annunziata Hospital. The area is full of shops and restaurants, and is equipped with every essential service: within 350 meters there are bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

- FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - BARI: it is possible to reach the apartment in a total of approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes with the PUGLIAIRBUS line to the Piazza Della Libertà stop and then with line 21A with the final stop P. Amedeo, 150 meters away from the property.

- FROM TARANTO GROTTAGLIE AIRPORT: the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi.

- FROM TARANTO CENTRAL STATION: the apartment is easily reachable by bus line 8, with final stop P. Amedeo, 150 meters from the property.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Parking in the area is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Taranto Parcheggio H24, in Via Diego Peluso 107, a 15-minute walk from the property (1 km).
