- LIVING ROOM with TV, sofa, dining table, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, and access to the winter garden;
- BATHROOM I with tub/shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- WINTER GARDEN with a coffee table and two armchairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via splits (one in the kitchen, one in the living room, and one in Bedroom I), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
A crib is available upon request.
Availability of a covered parking space reserved for guests about 5 minutes walk from the property.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Bergamo Station, you can reach the "Bergamo, Marconi, Autostazione, Pens. 3" stop (3 minutes on foot) and take bus Z to the "Bergamo, Palma il Vecchio" stop, about 9 minutes from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, availability of a covered parking space reserved for guests about 5 minutes walk from the property, in via Sant'Antonino 9/B. . However, you can park on the street for a fee (blue lines - NOT guaranteed). Or for a fee at Car Service Fly, in Sant'Antonino 9, 5 minutes on foot from the property.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of EUR 50 will be charged.
