The property is located in a historic area, at the door of Siena city; 950 meters from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center.
The open plan accommodation consists of a loft sleeping area, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access). Please pay more attention to the internal staircase if you are travelling with children. The accommodation can also be accessed from the secondary entrance (ground floor) without steps.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- SLEEPING AREA loft with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, "40 inch" TV, table with chairs and double sofa bed;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Pocket WIFI MAX 100 GIGA, independent heating, two fans, soundproofing windows, iron and ironing board, clothes stand, hairdryer.

The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
