Cozy 70 sqm apartment, which can comfortably accommodate 5 people, located on the ground floor of a building without a lift. This fully domotic property overlooks Via Santa Croce, one of the main streets of Lucca, and is within walking distance of the main points of interest in the city, including Piazza dell’Anfiteatro and Duomo, in the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area).
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and small inner courtyard.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, small sofa, desk with chair, chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM 2 with three single beds, wardrobe;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, microwave, toaster, small TV, washing machine, split A/C, access to the internal kiosk;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- COURTYARD with chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The double bedroom is not equipped with a door, it closes with a curtain.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Viareggio Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and will take place in self check-in mode via a keybox on site (with a combination that will be provided after booking).

In the surroundings of the property, it is also possible to find all the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as public transport stops.

- Cathedral of San Martino: 8 minutes on foot.
- Amphitheatre Square: 6 minutes on foot;

Alternatively, it is possible to take a bus from Pisa Airport to "S.Nicolao" (54 minutes / € 2.00 each way), 1 minute from the accommodation.

- From Lucca Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 15 minutes on foot.

- If you are traveling by car, please note that the property is located inside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park for a fee at Carducci Car Park (open 24h, daily rate: € 8.00), 2.4 km from the property, or at Piazza San Ponziano car park (€ 1.50 first hour, then € 2.00/h ), 450 meters away from the accommodation. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces 1.7 km from the apartment.
