- BALCONY II with dining table and chairs, accessible from the living room.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- ATTENTION. The residence is fenced with a concierge and there are surveillance cameras for the 4 11-storey luxury towers.
- The apartment has an outdoor shared parking lot (parking spaces also suitable for SUVs).
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Description of the area
The apartment is located 500 m from Perugia station and 75 m from the Minimetro, thanks to which, in about 10 minutes of travel, you can reach the historic center of the city, where you can visit Piazza IV Novembre, with the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore, one of the most famous in Italy, built in the medieval period based on the designs of Nicola and Giovanni Pisano to receive the water coming from the Monte Pacciano aqueduct.
The area is also well equipped with all the comforts and services necessary for your stay: a supermarket, bar and pharmacy are in fact within 450 metres.

Getting around
- From the Umbria-Perugia "San Francesco d'Assisi" international airport it is possible to reach the apartment via the AIRLK1 bus line, with the final stop "Fontivegge Fs" 500 meters from the accommodation.

- From Perugia Fontivegge Station: you can reach the accommodation on foot in less than 6 minutes (500 metres).

- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Uncovered condominium parking is available on site, also suitable for SUVs. At the exit of the car park there is a barrier which will always be open.
There is a public car park in front of the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee in via del Macello 33 at the "Condominium Paid Parking", just a 7-minute walk from the property.
