The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, moka coffee maker (ground coffee), dishwasher, kettle, oven and cooking utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet:

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room), washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dryer, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

- from 23.00 to 24.00: € 30,00;
- from 24:00 to 01.30: € 40,00.
