Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment, located 16 minutes by public transport from the Naviglio, is in a neighborhood with numerous restaurants of all kinds and prices, bars, ice cream parlors, wine bars, shops, showrooms, cinemas and public transport to quickly reach the other main attractions of Milan.
In 13 minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful double church of San Cristoforo, two wonderful and unmissable churches side by side, and in 19 minutes you can find the brand new Museum of Cultures (MUDEC).
