The area is very quiet and well connected thanks to local public transport, a 5-minute walk away is the metro stop M1 Rossa "Bonola", ideal for reaching Piazza Duomo, the city center and Rho Fiera Milano.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, moka, kettle, dining table, kitchen utensils and access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with square and a half sofa bed, sofa, armchair, dining table and TV;

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

The apartment is located just 400 meters from the "Bonola" stop of the red line M1, with which you can easily reach all the main attractions of the city. A short distance from the house there are also the "Bonola" shopping center and a Di Più discount store. The San Siro stadium, the hippodrome and the modern "Portello" district are easily reachable from the flat by public transport. We also point out the proximity of the apartment to the Bosco in Città, reachable on foot in about half an hour or by car in less than ten minutes.

Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in about 45 minutes (32 Km).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Shuttle (APT4) to the stop of "Milano Piazzale Lotto (M1 - M5), from which it is possible to take the metro line M1 Rossa to the stop "Bonola", 5 minutes walk from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in about 35 minutes (34 Km).

- From Milano Centrale Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the following subway lines: M2 Verde to the stop "Cadorna", then continue with the MM1 Rossa to the stop "Bonola", a 5-minute walk from the property.
