Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the second floor of a building with elevator. The property is located a few steps from the Navigli, in the new fashion district of Via Savona. The district is well connected by local public transport, a 5-minute walk away is the tram stop n. 14, with which it is possible to reach Piazza Duomo.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle and kitchen utensils), sofa, TV, dining table, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- TERRAZZO.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

We are a stone's throw from the beautiful double church of San Cristoforo, two wonderful and unmissable churches side by side, and a few hundred meters away you can find the brand new Museum of Cultures (MUDEC).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to take advantage of the Terravision bus service to Central Station. From there follow the directions below.

- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the undeground (M2) to “S. Augustina". From there, it is necessart to move to “Via Solari” stop (3 minutes on foot), from which it is possible to take tram n. 14 to “Via Giambellino - Via Vignoli” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park for free in the street (white stripes - NOT guaranteed); or for a fee at Garage Leone in Via Leone Tolstoi 40 (NOT guaranteed), 13 minutes walk from the property.
