Cozy apartment with private entrance recently renovated of 70 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building dating back to 1700 (NO LIFT). Inside the property it is possible to find the original doors and beams restored and brought to a new use, accompanied by solid wood furniture of artisan production.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table for six, sofa bed, TV 40", split A/C and access to the balcony.
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, TV 26" and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, TV 26" and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I inside bedroom I with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II inside bedroom II with double bed, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (3 splits: living room, bedroom I and bedroom II), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: to reach the independent entrance of the apartment there are steps.
Note the presence of a flight of stairs to reach the first floor; be careful if traveling with children.
The Vico delle Fate in Foria is narrow, you can reach the property only on foot.
