The location is enviable: a few steps from Spacca Napoli, the Federico II university center and the Sansevero Chapel Museum, and just 450m from the University metro, in an area full of restaurants that boasts the presence of the oldest pizzerias in the city. Ideal choice to stay in a central place but at the same time quiet and away from the chaos.

The 45 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a period building without elevator (one step at the entrance to access) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with queen sofa bed, split AC and 43 "TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Relaxation/reading area with sofa
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box.

Please note the presence of stairs inside the apartment: be careful if you are traveling with small children.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, heating with heat pumps, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Casa Primavera is located in the heart of the historic center of Naples inside the "Palazzo Gemelli", a period building dating back to 1500 which was a single block with the adjacent street number. The buildings were separated after World War II, when the building was completely rebuilt following the bombings. Of the original structure it only preserves the portal of the early sixteenth century, of Norman influence.
The accommodation is located a few steps from Spacca Napoli (at the intersection with Palazzo Venezia), the university center, the Basilica of Santa Chiara and the Sansevero Chapel Museum. The proximity to the Port of Massa allows you to easily reach the islands of the Gulf of Naples. It is also only 450m from the University metro, 600m from the Dante metro, 850 meters from the Montensanto Funicular, with which you can easily reach other areas of the city.

- From Naples Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Immacolatella - Porta di Massa" station, 800 m from the flat. Alternatively, you can get off at the "Garibaldi" station and from there take the L1 underground to the "Università" stop at 450m from the property.

- From Naples Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the L1 underground to the "Università" stop, 450m from the property.

- For those traveling by car, the flat is located in the ZTL: pay attention to the accesses for which a permit is required. It is possible to park at ECUMANO PARKING 30 meters from the apartment (rates 25/30/35 euros for 24 hours).
