Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Borgo San Giuliano is a district with a dense network of small streets overlooked by colored houses no more than two floors high. It is bordered upstream by the Ponte di Tiberio, the Roman bridge of Rimini, with 2000 years of history. In the past it was populated by fishermen, coachmen and prostitutes. Even today you can retrace its history thanks to the itineraries indicated by picturesque ceramic plaques on the houses of its ancient inhabitants. In Borgo San Giuliano you will find everything you may need during your stay: food shops (Conad, fruit and vegetables, dairy), bars, pastry shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, tobacconists, bike repair shops, newsagent, pharmacy. And if you walk for 5/10 minutes moving towards the centre, you enter the Rimini shopping area.
Getting around
Rimini station: 11 minutes on foot away.
5 minutes by bus n. 2 to the Zavagli-Balena stop (located in front of the house).

Bologna Marconi airport: take the shuttle to Bologna Central station to Rimini station and continue with bus no. 2 to the Zavagli-Balena stop (located in front of the house) or on foot, 11 minutes away.

If you arrive by car: NO ZTL. Parking space included at the exclusive disposal of guests.
