Comfortable apartment located on the raised ground floor, six floors in total, of a building. There are 10 steps at the entrance.
In 60 m2 of space it accommodates 4 people.

We are just over 5 minutes walk from the Cipro metro station, on the same line as the Termini train station (8 stops).
A few steps from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square.
Outside the restricted traffic zone it is possible to park for a fee in the Cipro metro car park.

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with three ceramic glass burners, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee pod and moka machine, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
STAY. French sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m), smart TV and dining table. AC split.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.

Condominium heating.

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service and then take the metro to the Cipro stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 55 minutes.

From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by regional train or shuttle bus service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by metro to the Cipro stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 35 minutes.

From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to the Cipro stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 15 minutes.

If you are traveling by car, you can park for a fee at the Cipro metro car park.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
