The Berica Riviera cycle path that connects the central area and the lower Vicenza area is characteristic (for mountain bike lovers it represents the perfect start to immerse yourself in the Berici Hills).

KITCHEN: kitchenette including traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils, dining table and TV;
BATHROOM 1: toilet, bidet, sink and shower;

First floor.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, chest of drawers, TV and walk-in wardrobe, AC split;
BEDROOM 2: two single beds and wardrobe, split AC;
BATHROOM 2: toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle;

LAUNDRY AREA: sink and washing machine;
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Private outdoor garden with the possibility of relaxing with table and chairs.
Two uncovered parking spaces for the exclusive use of guests.
The two parking spaces are outside the property, outside the fence gate.
ATTENTION: There are video surveillance cameras outside the accommodation.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 2, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Vicenza Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

The structure is in a convenient position to reach the jewels of the historic centre, to discover the itineraries and villas of Palladio (Unesco World Heritage), for naturalistic excursions on the Berici hills and to Lake Fimon. The house is located 150 meters from the southern ring road junction and represents a splendid solution for those wishing to reach the Vicenza Fair or the motorway to go to Padua (25 min), Verona (30 min), Lake Garda (45 mins), Venice (45 mins).

The area is served by a cycle-pedestrian path that goes from the historic center to the open countryside (Noventa Vicentina); a stone's throw away there are many useful services: supermarkets, pastry shops, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, newsagent, pharmacy, self-launderette, bank, post office, etc.
Getting around
IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: The house is located 150 meters from the southern ring road junction and there are two uncovered parking spaces available for the exclusive use of guests.

FROM VICENZA STATION: take bus n. E04 to the Via Riviera Berica 362 stop, journey time: 10 minutes.

FROM VENICE MARCO POLO AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Santa Lucia Mestre station and continue by train to Vicenza station, then take bus n. 8 to the stop "Strada del Tormeno, Via Sicilia", just 100 meters from the apartment.
