- BLIND BATHROOM (with extractor) with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, split air conditioning, mosquito nets, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Guests' accesss
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Other details to be noted
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The flat has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the code that we will provide you a few days before arrival, after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the italian law.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00.

Description of the area
The apartment is located in the historic center of Padua, just 500 meters (7 minutes on foot) from Padua Cathedral and the main squares.
In Corso Milano (a few minutes on foot) many lines pass (6 - 10 - 80 - 17) with which you can reach the station which is 1.6 km from the apartment. To reach the centre, all you need to do is take a short walk. The MoBike public service provides the possibility of free-flow bike rental.
