Cozy studio, located a few meters from Prato Della Valle and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio. Through the pedestrian street you pass all the wonders of the center. The tram stop is right under the house. Equipped with every comfort to make your stay unforgettable: Unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony furnished with table and chairs.
The property enjoys a strategic position as in a few steps you can reach a pharmacy, supermarket and bar.

The apartment of about 35 square meters, is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. To access it you need to go up the stairs.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- SLEEPING / LIVING AREA with double bed, wardrobe, TV, split A / C, access to the balcony, bookcase, dining table with chairs;
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), refrigerator, moka, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with wooden table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, air conditioning, independent heating, hot water, hairdryer, soundproofing windows.

PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation does not have parking. It is possible to park in the "Prato della Valle" paid parking lot, just 4 minutes from the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
The keys will be collected at our CLEANBNB office in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi 33, Scala D, 5th floor from 15.00 to 21.00.

For the request to check in on site, from 15:00 to 21:00 a supplement of 15 euros will be required to be paid in cash upon arrival. The office can be reached from Padua station in a few minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, there is a large car park in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi, minimum time 20 minutes at 60 cents

The apartment is located a few meters from Prato della Valle, one of the symbols of Padua. It is a large elliptical square that, in addition to being the largest square in Padua, is one of the largest in Europe (88620 square meters).
The square is actually a large monumental space characterized by a central green island, called Isola Memmia, in honor of the mayor who commissioned the works, surrounded by a canal decorated with a double base of numbered statues of famous characters from the past who according to the original design had to be 88.
Today we can observe, instead, only 78 statues with 8 pedestals surmounted by obelisks and 2 voids.
Four avenues cross the Prato on small bridges, and then meet in the center of the islet.
The space draws inspiration from the great Venetian tradition of the patrician garden; here for the first time this was diverted from private and proposed use, according to neoclassical concepts, as an urban planning solution and environmental qualification.

The tram just below the house is fantastic for reaching every part of the city and arrives directly at the Central Station, from where it is enough to take a train and in 20 minutes you arrive in Venice!
In addition to the tram, many bus lines also pass nearby. But we recommend going on foot! In fact, all the wonders of the center can be reached through the pedestrian street: the Basilicas of Sant 'Antonio and Santa Giustina, the Di Giotto Chapel, the Eremitani Museum, the Palazzo Della Ragione, the Fruit Squares, Dei Signori, Delle Erbe, the Duomo, the Caffè Pedrocchi, the Teatro Verdi, the Ancient University of the BO ', the Town Hall etc.
Even the hospital can be reached on foot in a few minutes by crossing the Prato della Valle and passing the Basilica di Sant'Antonio.

Check-in must be done online as well as the payment of the tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night, only for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Padua.
