Cozy 60 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated period building (NO lift).
The property is located in an area well served by public transport (Lolli station is just over 5 minutes away on foot), near Palazzo della Zisa and Villa Malfitano.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small balcony and a terrace.

The accommodation is organized on two levels:
-> LOWER LEVEL:
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, electric oven, kitchenware, dining table and access to the small BALCONY;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and 40 inch flat screen TV;
- BEDROOM I with French double bed;
- BATHROOM (one internal step) with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.

-> UPPER LEVEL:
- BEDROOM II with double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger;
- TERRACE with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living room/kitchen area and split in the bedroom on the upper level), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are traveling with children, pay attention to the internal stairs to reach the upper level. There are also some internal steps in the rooms.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Palermo, full of services and well connected to the historic center thanks to public transport. A short distance from the accommodation it is possible to find Palazzo della Zisa and Villa Malfitano, with its wonderful park. Furthermore, Noto and Demma clinics are also located a few steps from the property. Once reached the center,
on foot it is possible to reach Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo, as well as the historic palaces of the Palermo nobility, known throughout the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous palace of the Leopard), Palazzo Praetorium, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with Prestia and Comandè bus lines that arrive at the Central Station, from which it is possible to take the train to “Palermo Lolli” station, 7 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by train to “Palermo Lolli” station, a 7-minute walk from the structure.

- For those travelling by car, free street parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Ing. Meola Parking Area or in Piazza Principe di Camporeale, both about a 4-minute walk from the accomodation.
