The interior is arranged as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, double sofa bed, and TV.
- BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

Further Services Available to Guests:
Unlimited WiFi, heating, air conditioning, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. A reserved parking space (NOT assigned) is available inside the condominium garage.

Important Notes:
For security reasons, a camera is installed in the condominium entrance.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax required by the Municipality of Trieste, amounting to €2 per person per night.
This process allows us to verify your data and submit information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, as per Italian hospitality regulations.

Heating & Air Conditioning Regulations
The activation and deactivation of heating and air conditioning must comply with Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):

Summer: The average air temperature must not be set below 26°C for all building types.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

Late Check-in Fees
Please note that late check-ins must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to additional fees as follows:
9:30 PM – 11:00 PM → €25

- From Trieste Airport: Take the train to Trieste Centrale Station, which is about an 11-minute walk from the property.

From Trieste Centrale Station: Take bus no. 30 to the stop "Via Roma 18/b (Ponte Rosso)", which is a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 11 minutes.
