The apartment is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, kettle, wine glasses and dining table;
- RELAXING AREA with sofa and small table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY (about 10 sqm).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fibre), air conditioning (hot/cold a/c splits in the kitchen and in the bedroom), independent heating, smart TV, washing machine (in the bathroom), wardrobe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid cash upon arrival: 2,00€/guest per night of stay.
