Comfortable 45 sqm apartment, which can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation is located in the center of Palermo (Traffic-Restricted Area), near the port and the Politeama Garibaldi Theater; from here, it is possible to easily reach all the main points of interest in the city on foot and by public transport. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table and single sofa bed.
- KITCHENETTE in the living room with 4 gas burners, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine (Lavazza a modo mio), kettle, wine glasses and kitchenware.
- BEDROOM with double bed, small TV and wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, split A/C with heat pump (in the bedroom), iron, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is located in a Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL in Italian).

The apartment is located in Via Roma, a short distance from the Politeama Garibaldi Theater and the Massimo Theater, in a quiet area, at the same time characterized by all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, cinema, bars and restaurants). Thanks to public transport or on foot, it is possible to easily reach the main points of interest in the city: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Catacombs of the Capuchins, the Teatro Massim and the Fontana Pretoria. In the center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, clubs and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region (the Pasticceria Cappello, a historic place famous for its seven-ply cake, deserves particular mention).

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to the apartment by train to "Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans" station, from which it is possible to take bus n. 101, from Piazza Giulio Cesare for 7 stops and get off at "Roma-Stabile", a 1-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, the transfer service is available (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 101, from Piazza Giulio Cesare for 7 stops and get off at "Roma-Stabile", a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located in a Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park (for a fee) at some car parks such as O.S.P. S.r.l. Parking Amari, in via Francesco Crispi, a few minutes on foot from the property, open 24h.
Cost for access to the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL): € 5 / day (if the pass is activated at the car park, the cost is € 2.50).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm
- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00
- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.
