Comfortable apartment that accommodates up to 3 people with great ease, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony. Bright and quiet, it enjoys double views: the sleeping area on an internal road with no traffic, the living area on a public park. Located a few minutes walk from the Maggiore hospital and Via Saffi, and adjacent to the Velodromo Park, it is also well connected to the historic center of Bologna and its points of interest, reachable by public transport in 20 minutes.

The 77 sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows:

- Eat-in KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, traditional oven and toaster
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa and split A/C
- ROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers

- Large BALCONY in the living area and second smaller balcony in the sleeping area.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, second air conditioning split in the corridor, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Bolgona, a few minutes walk from the Maggiore hospital and Via Saffi, the artery that connects the city in the direction of Modena. It is also located adjacent to the Velodrome Park, the green lung of the neighborhood and a meeting place for sports lovers. For cinephile enthusiasts, in front of the building there is the entrance to the Don Orione cinema which offers weekly films in VO connected to the Orizzonti series of the Venice Film Festival. The area is also of interest due to the presence within about 30 minutes on foot of: Ducati, Mast, Certosa, Stadio and San Luca. The historic center and all points of interest are well connected, thanks to the line 19 stop just 150 meters from the accommodation. All the essential services are close at hand: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies can be found within 250 metres.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 81, final stop "Ospedale Maggiore" 350 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the Central Station, from which continue with bus line 81, final stop "Ospedale Maggiore" 350 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. We would like to point out the free parking (NOT guaranteed) at Centrale Termica Segantini, in Via Giovanni Segantini 560, a 15-minute walk from the accommodation (1 km).
