- SLEEPING AREA with French double bed, desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

Description of the area
The apartment is located just outside the center of Milan, in a quiet area surrounded by green areas, including:
- Parco Trotter (700 m on foot), built in 1920 to host trotting competitions (hence the name "Trotter"). When the racecourse was moved to San Siro in 1924, the structure was purchased by the Municipality, who had a school building built there, so the park is accessible to the public only when the school is closed (after 16.30, weekends, holidays, and throughout the month of August). In the park there are many areas for children;
- Piazza Aspromonte, with central garden, patch of public green in the area.
- Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, known above all by the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic and live in "Città Studi" area. After the redevelopment, Piazza Leonardo da Vinci has been transformed into a garden space to be enjoyed, not only by university students, but by the whole city. The square also offers the opportunity to visit the Botanical Garden of Città Studi: admission is free and it is also possible to take guided tours.
The accommodation is also surrounded by numerous bars and pharmacies, as well as an incredible variety of Italian and ethnic restaurants.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train to the "Milan Piazzale Lorenzo Lotto" station. From here, you need to take the Red metro line (M1) and get off at the "Pasteur" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the property.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment from the "Lima" stop, just 9 minutes on foot, and taking the Red metro line (M1) and then get off at the "Pasteur" stop, just 3 minutes walk from the property .

- It is possible to reach the accommodation by car, but since the parking under the house is reserved for residents, a convenient alternative is the paid garage in Via Andrea Costa 23, open 24 hours a day, a 5-minute walk away.
