Free uncovered parking space available in the condominium parking lot.

The 30 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift and is made up as follows:

- LIVING AREA with dining table and KITCHEN CORNER with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven and electric kettle
- NIGHT AREA with double bed and wardrobe
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Free uncovered parking space available in the condominium park below the building.

Additional facilities available for the guests: Pocket WIFI up to 150 GB/MONTH, central heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Perugia airport it is possible to reach the apartment using the AIRLK1 bus line with the final stop at "Fontivegge, a 9-minute walk from the apartment (600 metres).

- From the Perugia train station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in 7 minutes.

- If you travel by car, the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and has an uncovered parking space in the shared parking lot.
