The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with kitchenette (equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, Moka pot, dishwasher, oven, kettle, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, single armchair bed, and TV;
- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, centralized heating with thermostat, portable fan, hairdryer, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

NOTE: There are 3 steps at the building entrance.
NO A/C - only warm air comes out of the vent in the apartment. A portable fan is available.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).
The accommodation is located about 10 minutes walk from the historic center, also reachable thanks to the SCLPA escalator service in Piazza Partigiani, 750 meters from the apartment. Essential services such as bars, groceries and pharmacies are within 600 metres.

- From Perugia airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or rental car (16 minutes).

From Perugia train station you can walk to the apartment in 20 minutes (1.2 km).

- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. An uncovered condominium car park is availableand guaranteed. The parking area is delimited by an entrance barrier.
Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Saba car park in Piazza Partigiani, 750 meters from the accommodation.
