Residence I Gelsi - Apt Aria di Mare with parking

Cozy studio apartment ideal for two people, located in the well-kept Residence I Gelsi, a 15-minute walk from the center of Pesaro and a few steps from the beach (both free and equipped) of Sottomonte di Pesaro. The flat has a pedestrian access to the sea reserved for the Residence and a covered balcony overlooking the sea. A few meters away is the cycle path that connects Pesaro to Fano, whose center can be reached in 15 minutes by bike. Outdoor parking space, below the apartment, included!

The apartment of about 50 sqm is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster and traditional oven
- Living area with sofa, dining table and split A/C
- Sleeping area with double bed and TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet, bathtub and shower box
- Balcony with sea view.

Additional facilities available for the guests: independent heating, wardrobe, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

At the time of check-in you will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person will be collected in cash as required by the municipality of Pesaro. Children under 14 are exempt.

Known as "the City of Music" because it was the birthplace of Rossini and "The City of the Bicycle" thanks to the vast network of cycle paths, Pesaro is a charming seaside resort on the Adriatic coast. It is ideal both for a relaxing holiday by the sea, thanks to the 7 km of coastline with wide beaches of fine and golden sand, and for a more dynamic holiday, thanks to the numerous monuments that dot the charming historic center: the Villino Ruggeri in Art Nouveau style, the ancient Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta dating back to the 4th century, the Palazzo Mosca, seat of the civic museums and the art gallery, the suggestive Palazzo Ducale, just to name a few. The beating heart of the city is the lively Piazza del Popolo, dominated by the beautiful fountain “La Pupilla di Pesaro. Also not to be missed is a stop at Rocca Costanza, a great fortification dating back to the 1400s.
The apartment is conveniently located for access to the sea, just 20 meters from the beach of Sottomonte di Pesaro and a 15-minute walk from the center of Pesaro. The essential services can be reached in a short time: the first bar is 500 meters away, a pharmacy and supermarket are within 1 km.

The accommodation can be reached by car and has a reserved parking space below the apartment.
