The 85 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (steps to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, "45 inch" TV, table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM 1 with bathtub, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine/dryer, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, soundproofing windows.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pescara for the first 7 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Situated along the Adriatic coast, near the mouth of the river Aterno, Pescara is one of the most famous cities of Abruzzo. Finally, do not miss a visit to Casa D'Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and to the Ponte del Mare, among the main monuments-symbol of the most modern Pescara.
The accommodation is located in the central area: in front of the central station, and a few steps from Piazza Salotto and the pedestrian area of the city. The sea is 13 minutes walk (950 meters). All essential services are within walking distance: bar, supermarket and pharmacy are within 200 meters.

- From Abruzzo International Airport: you can easily reach the apartment by taxi in 11 minutes or, alternatively, by shuttle to Pescara Centrale station and from here on foot in 7 minutes (500 meters)

- From Pescara Central Station: you can reach the apartment on foot, in just 7 minutes (500 meters).

- If you are travelling by car, pay attention: the accommodation is located 200 metres from the pedestrian zone. It is possible to park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee in the parking lot of the station (500 meters), just 7 minutes walk from the accommodation.
