Charming 70 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift in Piazza Artigiani. The property is located in an area characterized by the best neighborhood shops, just 200 meters from the Lungarno and a 10-minute walk from the center and all its attractions.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, moka, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, wine glasses, dining table and kitchenware:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and 42 inch TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed) and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), ceiling fans (in the bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, insect screen, safe, drying rack and hairdryer.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair depending on availability, upon request.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but at the same time full of services and well served by public transport. In the area there are the best neighborhood shops, including the cheese factory and the best butcher in the city. The "Lungarno" is a few minutes away on foot, while the city center can be reached with a walk (about 10 minutes) or by public transport (bus stops of Lines 14, 4, 2 and LAM Verde a few minutes away on foot from the property). Pisa Central Station, hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, is about 20 minutes away on foot or 10 minutes by public transport.
The Carrefour Express supermarket is about 450 meters away (6 minutes on foot).

Main attractions:
- Piazza dei Cavalieri: 15 minutes on foot / 13 minutes by public transport;
- Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and Corso Italia: 17 minutes on foot / 10 minutes by public transport;
- Piazza dei Miracoli: 25 minutes on foot / 15 minutes by public transport.

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station thanks to the Pisa Mover service (5 minute journey, 5 euros each way). From the station it is possible to easily reach the apartment thanks to various bus lines or with a walk of about 20 minutes.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to multiple bus lines (Line 2, 4, 13, LAM Rossa, LAM Verde), all with stops a few steps from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation on foot in about 20 minutes.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to find paid parking (blue lines) near the property.
