A few steps from Piazza Navona, the apartment turns out to be the ideal solution for visiting the main points of interest comfortably on foot and thanks to public transport.
The accommodation is located in the full ZTL, it is possible to park, for a fee, at the Parking Via Giulia, a 10-minute walk away.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA: two-seater leather sofa, armchair and TV (usable ONLY as smart, NO Italian channels).. Kitchenette complete with two burner electric plate, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.
NIGHT AREA: double bed (1.40x2.00 m).
BATHROOM: bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C (with heat pump), unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.

Closet outside the apartment complete with washing machine.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, about 50 meters from Piazza Navona, in an area characterized by all the main services. Walking through the typical Roman streets, it will be possible to discover the many historical attractions of the city, including the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Lungotevere. Roma Termini station, the main hub for surface and underground services, can be reached by public transport in about 25 minutes.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach Roma Termini station thanks to the Leonardo Express service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 40 to "Chiesa Nuova" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, from here it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 40 to "Chiesa Nuova" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 40 to "Chiesa Nuova" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- If you're travelling by car, the property is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, you can park, for a fee, at Via Giulia Parking, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
