Piazza Salotto & Stazione Comfy Apartment

Comfortable apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, recently renovated in a modern style and perfect for both business trips and a summer stay as a couple or family. The accommodation is located in a very central area: in front of Pescara Central Station, a few steps from Piazza Salotto and the pedestrian shopping and nightlife areas, which makes it the ideal point to comfortably explore the city. The first beach is just 10 minutes away on foot.

The 40mq accommodation is located on the sixth floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 5 steps to reach it) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, moka, kettle and traditional oven
- Living room with dining table, double sofa bed, TV and split A/C
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV and split A/C
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional services available to guests: Pocket WIFI MAXIMUM 300 GIGA/MONTH, split heating, washer dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pescara Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pescara for the first 7 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Located along the Adriatic coast, near the mouth of the Aterno river, Pescara is one of the most famous cities in Abruzzo. It is full of unmissable monuments, such as the Cathedral of San Cetteo where it is possible to see the San Francesco del Guercino and the Romanesque Church of the Sacred Heart. The heart of the historic center of Pescara is the lively Piazza della Rinascita, the hub of city life and its main events, and the best starting point to discover Pescara and its major attractions. Finally, a visit to Casa D'Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and to the Ponte del Mare, one of the main symbolic monuments of more modern Pescara, is not to be missed.
The accommodation is located in the central area: in front of the central station and a few steps from Piazza Salotto and the pedestrian area of ​​the city. The sea is 10-minute walk away (500 meters). All essential services are within easy reach: bars, supermarket and pharmacy are within 150 meters.

- From Abruzzo International Airport: it is possible to reach the apartment comfortably by taxi in 10 minutes or, alternatively, by shuttle to Pescara Centrale station and from here on foot in 4 minutes (300 metres)

- From Pescara Centrale station: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot (300 metres).

- If you travel by car, pay attention: the accommodation can be reached by car for unloading luggage, however we do not recommend parking on the street. It is possible to leave the car in the station car park 300 meters away, with paid or free spaces (NOT guaranteed).
